Q:Why is your product eco-friendly?

A:Our raw material is bamboo fiber.It can be degradable after being buried under the soil.

How about your time schedule of sample and goods?

Sampling time: About 7 days for our own existing shape and design, about 14 days for customized shape and design.

Goods delivery time: About 45-60 days after receiving sample confirmation, deposit or original L/C. For really top urgent order,

we can check and see what we can do, and will do our best to to save time.

Qestion . Can melamine be used in microwave / oven and home & industrial dishwasher ?

Reply :   The safe temperature for melamine is -40oC to +100oC .  melamine can not be used in microwave/ oven, but can safely be used in both home & industrial dishwasher.
