1. Weighing: First of all, we choose the raw material box according to the weight of the product, and it should not be too large to hold the raw material; generally, the raw material is 2-4 grams more than the product, so that there will be no shortage of raw materials if some burrs are placed.
2. Baking: Bake the weighed raw materials with high wave. Do not press the high-profile wave too tightly, leave a gap of 2-4mm, which is conducive to the evaporation of air and water; the raw materials should not be baked too old, and it is better to agglomerate and stick to the box.
3. Plain noodles: Put the baked raw materials on the mold, activate the plain noodles button, and complete the leg mold through initial pressure, exhaust, secondary pressure, and molding (the specific data can be debugged according to different products).
4. Decals: Put the decals that need to be printed (the process description of the decals) on the plain product, and start the decal button (the procedure is the same as above).
5. Gold Supplement: It is what we usually call finishing. Sprinkle the finishing powder evenly on the product, and activate the gold adding button (the procedure is the same as the above data, and the data will be adjusted separately). Gold is added to complete the withdrawal of the product.
6. Send the product to the grinding workshop, first use the gauze bag for rough grinding, then use the impeller for fine grinding, and then use the hemp wheel and cloth wheel for polishing.
7. Quality inspection and packaging to get the finished product.
