2. The dry disinfection temperature of melamine tableware should not exceed 80℃, and the time should not exceed 30 minutes, such as hot air circulation disinfection, infrared disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection, etc.; the above disinfection equipment must have temperature control and time control devices to prevent over-temperature disinfection , Overtime, the melamine tableware should be far away from the heating device and the air outlet.
3. The temperature of wet disinfection of melamine tableware should not exceed 100℃, and the normal pressure time should not exceed 30 minutes, such as boiling, electric steamer, etc. When melamine tableware is disinfected with an electric steamer, the steamer must have an exhaust hole to ensure the normal pressure in the steamer, and temperature control and time control devices must be provided to prevent over-temperature disinfection and damage to the tableware over time.
4. The melamine tableware should be heated evenly during the disinfection process. During disinfection, a certain interval should be maintained between the melamine tableware to ensure uniform heat transfer and disinfection effect. It is strictly forbidden to put the melamine tableware together for disinfection, so that it will not achieve disinfection. As a result, it is easy to cause uneven heating of tableware and damage tableware. According to the shape of different melamine tableware, use the stainless steel compartment of the disinfection cabinet to correctly place the melamine tableware, and then start the disinfection.
5. After the melamine tableware is disinfected, it should be taken out of the disinfection equipment in time and placed in a cool and ventilated place for natural cooling. It is strictly forbidden to store the tableware in a disinfection cabinet with a higher temperature for a long time. For large-area melamine trays or melamine sub-compartment trays, the number of stacked melamine trays should not exceed 40.
6. It is recommended to use a dishwashing and disinfection machine or an ozone ultraviolet hot air circulation three-in-one special disinfection cabinet for melamine tableware.
